INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- While much of the NHRA world was focused on Tony Stewart's announcement on Thursday at the PRI Show that he was taking over the seat of wife Leah Pruitt's Top Fuel machine in 2024, a new team was also announced on Friday for the 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Funny Car season.  

Jim Dunn Racing has tabbed veteran straight-line racer Buddy Hull to take over as driver for the family-owned team, and Steering Wheel Nation's Tom Baker caught up with Hull and new crew chief Jon Dunn at the show to get the details on this new arrangement, which will be one to watch next season.
